I’m Laura, and my life has been shaped by movement, a journey spanning a lifetime of dance and over 40 years in the professional dance, entertainment, and fitness industries.
From New York to Los Angeles, Florida to Texas, Las Vegas, and across the Mid-South, I’ve trained, performed, and inspired others to move with purpose, joy, and authenticity.
Beyond the studio, I’ve lived my passion through roles as event producer and director, performer, talent consultant, and adjudicator. Each opportunity creating experiences that connect people through creativity, confidence, and wellness.
My work has reached both national and international audiences, including:
• Fashion and editorial contributor for Zumba’s International Z-Life Magazine, styling and producing an eight-page spread and being credited as a contributor for the “Rock Your Personal Style” feature, reaching over four million global readers.
• Runway model development and assistant coach under Michael Maddox (Supermodels Unlimited Magazine), one of the nation’s top runway coaches.
• Executive Producer and Co-Creator of “Slam the Runway,”a high-energy halftime modeling competition featured during Memphis Grizzlies games at the FedEx Forum, sponsored by brands such as Kroger, Holiday Inn, and BB King’s Club.
• Producer and promoter of fashion shows, seminars, and charitable events in collaboration with organizations including the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, and Palmer Home for Children.
• Multi-year judge for the World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA), evaluating top performers from more than 70 countries near Hollywood, California.
Today, life has given me the opportunity to expand Radianza beyond its current footprint, sharing this passion for dance and fitness internationally and uniting communities across cultures through movement, music, and motivation.
At Radianza every class, event, and collaboration is more than a workout, it’s a celebration of movement, empowerment, and living radiantly.
